Who should examine it?
The proposal invites governance professionals, lawyers, internal-control and audit experts, economists, academics, civil-society leaders, business leaders, faith-community leaders, media professionals, technology and data experts, and prospective institutional partners.
The book can design the institution. It cannot create it.
